The CDC’s moratorium on residential evictions is ending on Saturday, July 31, 2021 and many renters who have missed payments may be worried about keeping their housing. University of Wisconsin-Madison Division of Extension Financial Educators Amanda Kostman and Todd Wenzel have created the included fact sheets—one for renters and the other suggesting eviction alternatives to landlords—to help provide resources that will allow tenants to stay in their homes.
